All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the original price.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or email.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Payment terms are outlined in our Payment Policy. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Full terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AQ Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of AQ Electronics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
