Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders. No minimum order value required. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.

Courier Partners

We ship via two of Pakistan's most trusted courier services:

• Leopards Courier

• PostEx

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier based on your location and order details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. For COD orders, processing begins immediately. For bank transfer orders, processing begins after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across Pakistan: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier will try again. Please remain reachable on the phone number provided. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and you will be contacted to reschedule.

Damaged in Transit
