Our Replacement Policy
At AQ Electronics, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your product arrives damaged or is not working, we will replace it - no questions asked, as long as the claim is made correctly.
How to Claim a Replacement
- Record a full unboxing video - You must record a complete, uncut video of you opening the parcel from the moment you receive it. This is required for all damage or defect claims.
- Contact us the same day - You must contact us on the same day of receiving the parcel. Claims made after the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Send us the video - Share the full unboxing video with us via WhatsApp or email. Partial videos or photos alone will not be accepted as proof.
Replacement Process
- Once your video is verified and the damage or defect is confirmed, we will ask you to ship the product back to our store address in Hyderabad.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will ship a fresh replacement unit to you.
- Replacement shipping cost is paid by AQ Electronics.
Important Notes
- We do not offer cash refunds. Replacement only.
- Claims must be made on the same day of delivery - no exceptions.
- A full unboxing video is mandatory. No video means no claim.
- Products that show signs of use, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
