Q: What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns, we just exchange the product if the product is damaged while shipping and you have to inform us on the same day of delivery.


Q: My product arrived damaged — what should I do?

Contact us within the same day of delivery via WhatsApp (03002399977) or email (support@aq-electronics.store). Send us a photo or video of the damage and we will arrange a replacement, no refund is possible.


Q: How long do refunds take?

We don’t offer refunds, we will replace your order if its damaged.

Q: Are your products original and high quality?

Yes. All products are directly imported from verified manufacturers. We personally review and test our products before listing them.


Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

Our Monitor Light Bar comes with a no warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within this period under normal use, contact us and we'll sort it out.
